I currently teach corporate clients and various organisations during their lunch breaks and also at the end of the working day.
If you spend hours hunched over a computer or you have a stressful workload then yoga can be an ideal way to end the day or an enjoyable way to break up the day at lunch time. The practice will allow you to stretch and regain a good posture. Each class involves breathing practices and relaxation allowing your body and mind to slow down and reach a level of calm leaving you feeling refreshed and positive.
I normally like to teach a short beginners course first enabling everyone to gain an understanding of yoga and to begin to familiarise themselves with some of the asanas (postures). If you are interested in yoga at your workplace all we need is a suitable sized room and then the classes can be structured at a time to best suit the working day.
