Kamala Shala
'Shala' meaning a place to study yoga. Kamala Shala offers small intimate classes in Ipswich. If you don't like working within a larger class environment or want to practise with a couple of your friends then Kamala Shala is for you. As it is small groups only, with a maximum of three in a class you will receive more attention than in a larger group. As I only work with a few people at a time then classes can be more specifically tailored to your needs. Kamala Shala can offer a course especially for you and your friends or you may wish to use the space for a one to one class.
